Pineapple Tea with Cinnamon

  • cinnamon
  • 4 cups water
  • sugar, or honey to taste

  • Put 4 cups of water on the fire, along with the cinnamon.
  • When boiling add the pineapple peel and let boil for 3 more minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add half a cup of cold water, to intensify the color.
  • Add sugar or honey to sweeten.
