Ingredients

3 portions
  • pineapples, dry (the husks)
  • cinnamon
  • 4 cups Water
  • sugar, or honey to taste

Preparation

Put 4 cups of water on the fire, along with the cinnamon.
When boiling add the pineapple peel and let boil for 3 more minutes.
Remove from heat and add half a cup of cold water, to intensify the color.
