Tamarind lemonade

Enjoy a delicious drink that you can take during the week or on an open-air weekend. It is delicious!

  • 5 limes
  • 1/2 cups tamarind pulp, or concentrate
  • 1.5 liters water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ice cubes

  • Pour the water into a glass jar, preferably. Squeeze the lemons.
  • Dissolve the sugar in a two tablespoons of hot water. Add to the jar, mix well.
  • Add the tamarind concentrate, mix until dissolved completely.
  • Add ice cubes to taste, refrigerate until ready to serve.
