  • 2 San Juan® eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 500 grams beef cutlet
  • breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 potatoes, cut into thin sticks
  • 1 avocado, for the sauce
  • 3 tomatillos, for the sauce
  • 1 garlic, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 2 limes, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, for the sauce

  • In a bowl, crack the San Juan® eggs and beat lightly with mustard, salt, pepper, and milk.
  • Bread the milanesa by dipping it in the egg mixture and then the breadcrumbs.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the potatoes until golden. Remove, drain on paper towels, and season with salt.
  • In the same pan, fry the milanesa on both sides until golden. Drain on paper towels.
  • On a cutting board, cut the milanesa into strips and set aside.
  • For the sauce, blend the avocado with the tomatoes, garlic, onion, lime juice, cilantro, and coarse salt.
  • Heat the corn tortillas on a griddle, spread with the sauce, and arrange the milanesa strips. Add the potatoes, decorate with serrano chili, and serve with lime.
