  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • enough salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 500 grams beef milanesa
  • enough ground bread
  • enough vegetal oil
  • 2 potatoes, cut into thin strips
  • 1 avocado, for the sauce
  • 3 green tomatoes, for the sauce
  • 1 garlic, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 2 lemons, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, for the sauce
  • enough sea salt, for the sauce
  • enough corn tortilla
  • enough serrano pepper, sliced, to decorate

In a bowl, beat the pieces of San Juan® Egg and lightly beat with the mustard, salt, pepper and milk.
Bread the milanesas through the mixture of egg and bread crumbs.
In a pan over medium heat heat the oil and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove, drain on absorbent paper and season with salt.
Right there, fry the milanesas on both sides until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
On a table, cut milanesas into small slices and reserve.
For the sauce, blend the avocado with the tomatoes, garlic, onion, lemon juice, coriander and grain salt.
Heat the corn tortillas in a comal, spread with the sauce and arrange the Milanesa strips. Add the potatoes, decorate with serrano pepper and serve with limes.


Serve the Milanese strips on the tortillas with the sauce, decorate with potatoes and Serrano chile.


The ideal temperature for frying potatoes is 160 °C (320°F)for a perfect crisp. It's important to lower the temperature before frying the milanesas so that the bread does not burn.
