Beetroot Juice with Carrot rich in vitamins A and C

  • 1/2 carrots
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 beets, sliced and cooked
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice

  • Peel the carrot and cucumber, and also remove the seeds from the cucumber. On a cutting board, slice the vegetables.
  • Blend the cooked beetroot with the carrot, cucumber, orange juice, and lemon juice.
