1/2 cucumbers
1/2 beets, sliced and cooked
2 cups water
1/4 cups orange juice
3 tablespoons lime juice

Peel the carrot and cucumber, and also remove the seeds from the cucumber. On a cutting board, slice the vegetables.
Blend the cooked beetroot with the carrot, cucumber, orange juice, and lemon juice.
Serve, garnish with a skewer of carrot, cucumber, and orange. Take twice a day.
