Cauliflower Puree

This puree is ideal for your baby after 6 months who has already experimented with other vegetables and is ready to try new things.

  • 2 cups cauliflower, cut into small florets

  • Add the two cups to a steamer and cook for 10 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
  • Let it rest for 4 minutes and then mix with the water from the steamer where you cooked the cauliflower. You can also use the milk that the baby usually drinks for mixing.
  • Mix everything until you form a smooth puree.
