Celery Juice with High Potassium Ginger

Try this celery juice with ginger! Celery is an excellent natural diuretic thanks to its high percentage of sodium and potassium, which helps prevent water retention and aids in weight loss. It also has digestive and antioxidant properties that are enhanced when combined with ginger. Enjoy it in the morning.

  • 2 sprigs celery
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cups parsley, leaves
  • 1/4 cups cucumber, seedless and cubed
  • 1 sprig celery, for garnish

  • Peel the celery stalks with a vegetable peeler to remove the fibers covering the vegetable, giving your drink a better texture.
  • Remove the skin from the ginger with a vegetable peeler, cut into small cubes, and set aside.
  • In a blender, place the celery, ginger, water, parsley, and cucumber, and blend until combined.
  • Serve and garnish with a celery stalk. Consume on an empty stomach.
