Try this Celery Ginger Juice! Celery is a natural diuretic par excellence thanks to its high percentage of sodium and potassium, this prevents fluid retention and helps promote weight loss. Likewise, it has digestive and antioxidant properties that combined with ginger enhances its properties. Enjoy it in the morning.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 branches celery
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cups parsley, leaves
  • 1/4 cups cucumber, seedless and cubed
  • 1 branch celery, to decorate

Preparation

Peel the celery sticks with a potato peeler, this will remove the fibers that cover the vegetables and your drink will have a better texture.
Remove the skin from the ginger with a potato peeler, cut into small cubes and reserve.
In a blender, place the celery, ginger, water, parsley and cucumber, and mix until integrated.
Serve and garnish with a celery stick. Consume it on an empty stomach.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with celery sticks.

TIPS

Buy ginger root, peel it and cut it into small cubes. Boil water and infuse the root. Enjoy using this drink as a base for your juices or as a time water.
