  • 2 1/2 cups flour, for the dough
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, for the dough
  • 1/4 cups butter, cold, for the dough
  • 1 egg, for the dough
  • 1/4 cups water, cold, for the dough
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 2 cups chicken, shredded
  • 1 cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 3 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
  • egg, for brushing

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C
  • In a processor, place flour, salt, butter, egg, and cold water. Form a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • For the chicken alfredo filling: In a skillet over medium heat, place the butter, onion, garlic, shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, nutmeg, parsley and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough and cut circles. Fill with the chicken alfredo, close with a fork and brush with egg, then bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with salad and a beer.
