  • 800 grams chicken breast
  • pinches salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil, or olive oil, for a lighter version
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups bell pepper, colored, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • lime, for decoration
  • fresh cilantro, for decoration
