4 portions
  • 800 grams chicken breast
  • enough salt and pepper
  • enough vegetal oil
  • 1 cup onion, filleted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups Bell pepper, of colors, filleted
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • enough lemon, to granish
  • enough fresh coriander, to garnish
  • enough flour tortillas, to serve

Preparation

On a short board cut the chicken breast in fajitas season with salt and pepper.
