Chicken Wrap

This grilled chicken wrap recipe is ideal for taking to the office; it's also very nutritious and full of flavor. Pair it with a creamy chipotle dressing with a spicy kick that you'll love.

  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 1/2 cups panela cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 6 tortillas, burrito
  • 1/4 cups mustard
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup red onion
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, sugar-free
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chile, ground
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

  • Season the chicken with oregano, paprika, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • Cook on a grill for 15 minutes or until golden brown. On the same grill, grill the panela cheese for 3 minutes with olive oil and oregano.
  • Cut into strips on a cutting board. Set aside.
  • To assemble the wrap: On a whole wheat burrito tortilla, add the chicken, mustard, grilled panela cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, spinach, red onion, and close it.
  • For the chipotle dressing: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, ground chipotle, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Serve and accompany with chipotle dressing. Enjoy.
