4 red beefsteak tomatoes, large
400 grams potato
3 eggs
75 grams butter
olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
black pepper powder
grain salt

Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, gently squeezing.
Salt the insides and place them upside down on a paper towel for a while.
In a large pot, boil the peeled and chopped potatoes in plenty of salted water.
Drain the potatoes well, mash them with a fork in a bowl.
In a saucepan, place the mashed potatoes over heat, and add the eggs while stirring continuously.
Also add the butter and season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
Grease a baking dish with a little butter and place the stuffed tomatoes with the mashed potatoes.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Place in the preheated oven at medium temperature for about 20 minutes.
