Green Vegetable Puree

Introduce your baby to the taste of green vegetables from an early age. Some babies find the flavor of certain vegetables very strong, so it's a good idea to mix them with potatoes or vegetables that don't have such strong flavors.

50 grams onion, 1/3 cup of chopped onion
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
350 grams potato , (3 medium potatoes) peeled and cut into cubes
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth, or water
100 grams broccoli, cut into florets (1/2 cup)
150 grams frozen peas, (2/3 cup)

In a skillet, cook the onion with the butter until it is soft for 4-5 minutes.
Add the potatoes and pour in the chicken broth or water, cover, and cook until it boils for 10 minutes.
Add the broccoli and cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the peas and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Add the entire mixture to a food processor or blender until you achieve a smooth puree.
