Homemade Cuban Sandwich

This sandwich is a favorite for many; make it from the comfort of your home and satisfy your cravings. A traditional and very Mexican Cuban sandwich with beef schnitzel, egg with chorizo, marinated sausage, and many more ingredients. You have to try it!

  • Fry the schnitzels for 10 minutes or until cooked in a pot with hot oil, place on paper towels and set aside.
  • Fry the sausages for 5 minutes or until they are golden brown. Place on paper towels and set aside.
  • Fry the chorizo, add the egg, salt, pepper, and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Spread mayonnaise and beans on the bread rolls and add the schnitzel, marinated sausage, egg with chorizo, Oaxaca cheese, yellow cheese, tomato, onion, and avocado. Heat until the cheese melts.
  • Serve and accompany with strips. Enjoy.
