If you love lasagna but find it tedious to cook or think it's too complicated, with this simple homemade lasagna recipe, you'll want to make it every day.
Heat the oil in a pot, fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the ground meat and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the carrot and celery, mix, and add the tomato sauce. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and basil. Set aside.
Heat the water with the oil and salt. When it boils, you should add the pasta and cook for 2 minutes, just until it softens. Remove and drain.
In a baking dish, add a layer of pasta, cover with 4 tablespoons of the meat sauce. Cover the meat with 2 tablespoons of cream and cheese. Repeat these steps until you reach the top of the dish and finish with cream and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C, the dish should be covered with aluminum foil. Cook without foil for another 5 minutes at 200 °C.
Serve in the same dish and garnish with basil leaves.
