  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cheese and bacon sandwich

  • Cut the onions in half and then into wedges. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and salt, stir very well and cook for 10 minutes. Cook for 5 more minutes over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning. You will notice how the onions start to turn a light brown color.
