No-Yeast Pizza Dough

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 salt
  • 2/3 cups cow's milk
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add the milk and oil and stir vigorously until the dough comes away from the bowl.
  • Gather all the dough into a ball and knead it 15 to 20 times until smooth.

  • Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 200° C.
