Pork Milanesa Tacos

  • 3 San Juan® eggs
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 500 grams pork steak
  • breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cups onion, sliced
  • 1 cup nopal, cooked and sliced
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi seasoning sauce
  • corn tortillas, taco-style
  • 1 avocado, for garnish
  • pico de gallo
  • lime, for serving

  • In a bowl, crack the Huevo San Juan® eggs and lightly beat with oregano, salt, pepper, and milk.
  • Bread the milanesa by dipping it in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs.
  • In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the milanesa on both sides until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  • On a cutting board, cut the milanesa into strips. Set aside.
  • Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the onion until transparent. Add the cactus and cook for 5 minutes. Season with lime juice and Maggi sauce, add salt if necessary. Remove.
  • Heat the corn tortillas on a griddle.
  • Serve the cactus on the tortillas, add the strips of milanesa, avocado, pico de gallo sauce, and accompany with lime.
