  • 3 San Juan® Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • enough of salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 500 grams of Milanese pork
  • enough of ground bread
  • enough of vegetable oil to fry
  • 1/2 cup of onion filleted
  • 1 cup of nopal cooked and in strips
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of Maggi juice
  • enough of corn tortilla for tacos
  • 1 avocado in slices, to decorate
  • enough of pico de gallo
  • enough of lemon to serve


In a bowl, beat the pieces of San Juan® Egg and lightly beat with the oregano, salt, pepper and milk.
Bread the meat passing it through the mixture of egg and bread crumbs.
In a skillet over medium heat heat the oil and fry the breaded steaks on both sides until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
On a table, cut the Milanese into strips. Set aside.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the onion until transparent. Add cacuts and cook 5 minutes. Season with lemon juice and Maggi sauce, add salt if necessary. Remove.
Heat corn tortillas in a comal.
Serve the cactus on the tortillas, add the milanesa strips, avocado, pico de gallo sauce and some lime.
