  • 2 tomatoes, in quarters
  • 1/4 onions, in pieces
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 guajillo chiles, seedless
  • 2 ancho chiles, seedless
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cups vegetable broth
  • 4 cups tortilla chips
  • 3 cups turkey, shredded
  • sour cream
  • panela cheese, grated

  • Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the tomatoes, onion, garlic, guajillo chiles, and ancho chiles for 5 minutes or until all the ingredients are slightly roasted and soft.
