This rice noodle recipe is perfect for taking to work, as you only need to add hot water to the mason jar and you'll have a delicious noodle soup with shredded meat and vegetables. More practical, impossible! Plus, it's healthy and high in protein.

2 tablespoons yellow corn

lime, to accompany

In a mason jar, place the rice noodles, shredded meat, broccoli, zucchini, corn, peas, salt, pepper, vegetable bouillon powder, and hot water.
Heat in the microwave for 4 minutes, garnish with green onions and enjoy.
