  • water
  • 6 rice leaf
  • olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • broken chile
  • 1/4 cups green onion
  • toasted sesame seeds

  • Place the water in a bowl and immerse each rice paper for 10 seconds or until well hydrated. Place a little olive oil on a tray, put a rice paper sheet, and brush with olive oil. Repeat this process with all the rice paper sheets. Cut into thick strips and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine sesame oil, rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar, garlic cloves, and crushed chili. Set aside.
  • Place the noodles in a bowl, pour the sauce, and garnish with green onion stalks and sesame seeds.
