2 red beefsteak tomatoes
1/4 cups red onion
1/4 cups carrot
1/4 cups celery
1/4 cups cilantro
2 cans tuna
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
1/4 cups peas
1/4 cups ears corn, yellow
pinches salt
pepper
tostadas, baked, to accompany

On a cutting board and with the help of a knife, remove the filling from the tomato. Set aside.
On a cutting board, finely chop the red onion, carrot, celery, and cilantro.
For the tuna salad: In a bowl, mix the tuna, light mayonnaise, red onion, mustard, peas, carrot, celery, yellow corn, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Fill the tomato with the tuna salad.
Serve with baked tostadas and enjoy.
