In a bowl, mix the salt, sugar, and rice vinegar. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix the tuna with the soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, lime juice, and sugar. Let it marinate for 30 minutes covered and refrigerated.
Place several leaves of Freshly by EVA® Romaine Lettuce and on top a tablespoon of rice, then a tablespoon of tuna, and add the small cubes of cucumber, avocado, and green onion.
Place the oriental tacos on a large plate and garnish with black sesame seeds. Serve with chipotle mayonnaise dressing.
