Separate the segments of the orange or mandarin, removing the seeds and the white layer that covers them.
Shape the legs with the carrot, using the ones in the photograph as a reference.
Place the pear on a serving plate with the brown side facing up. Assemble the nose, eyes, and legs.
Underneath the pear, place each of the slices in the same direction and when you reach the middle, change the direction. Do the same with the orange or mandarin segments.
