With the almond dough already made, add the sliced almonds, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and chia seeds. Mix with your hands and set aside.
Place the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper and cover with another piece of paper. Roll it out using a rolling pin and cut the dough into 4 cm squares with a knife. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and bake the chips at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
Serve the almond chips in a bowl and accompany with jocoque.
