  • 2 red apples
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

  • Using an apple corer, remove the core from your apples. Placing the apple horizontally, cut very thin slices.
  • Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 90ºC. Arrange the slices on the baking sheet.
  • Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Using a sieve, sprinkle the mixture over the apple slices.
  • Bake the apples at 60ºC until they become crispy. You must be careful not to burn them. After two hours, remove the apples from the oven and let them cool (the time may vary depending on the juiciness and thickness of the apples).
