Preparation
With the help of an apple discourager, remove the center of your apples. Putting the apple horizontally, cut very thin slices.
Put waxed paper in a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 90ºC. Arrange the slices on the tray.
Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. With the help of a sieve, sprinkle the mixture over the apple slices.
Bake the apples at 60ºC until crispy. You must take care that they do not burn. After two hours remove the apples from the oven and let them cool (the time may vary depending on the juiciness and the thickness of the apples).
