Apples with chamoy

  • 2 cups water, for the chamoy 2 cups water, for the chamoy
  • 1 cup mango juice, for the chamoy
  • 1 cup hibiscus flower, for the chamoy
  • 1 cup apricot dried apricots, for the chamoy
  • 10 golden peron apples
  • 1 cup Skwinkles® Chunks

  • For the chamoy: heat the water and mango juice in a pot. Add the hibiscus, dried apricots, and sugar and cook for 15 minutes. Let cool.
  • Blend the previous mixture and set aside.
  • Insert a popsicle stick into the apples, dip in the chamoy, and cover with Skwinkles® Chunks.
  • Place the apples with chamoy on a popsicle base. Enjoy!
