1 pie crust, 25 cm
1/2 cups onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
24 artichoke, fresh
1/2 cups sour cream
3 tablespoons basil
1 lime juice
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cups Manchego cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion for 4 minutes or until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the artichoke hearts cut in half and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cream, basil, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Remove the mixture from the heat and pour over the pie crust.
Mix the cheeses and sprinkle over the tart.
I baked the tart for 15 minutes or until the cheeses have melted.
