Artichoke Tart

This delicious recipe is very easy to prepare if you already have a pie crust ready.

  • 1 pie crust, 25 cm

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion for 4 minutes or until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Add the artichoke hearts cut in half and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the cream, basil, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and pour over the pie crust.
  • Mix the cheeses and sprinkle over the tart.
  • I baked the tart for 15 minutes or until the cheeses have melted.
