250 grams serrano ham, thinly sliced at the supermarket

When buying the serrano ham, ask them to slice it thinly at the moment and to stack the strips on top of each other in plastic.
Mix the lettuce in a deep bowl with lemon juice, olive oil, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place the serrano ham on a board and remove the top plastic (leave the bottom plastic). Place a bunch of arugula on the ham vertically and roll it up using the plastic.
Tighten the roll and remove the plastic. Cut with a sharp knife and serve.
