Ingredients

8 servings
  • 200 grams of arugula or Italian lettuce
  • 250 grams of Serrano ham finely cut in the supermarket
  • 2 pieces of green lemon
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • to taste of black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Mix in a deep bowl the lettuce with the lemon juice, the olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
