Ingredients

8 portions
  • 200 grams arugula, or Italian lettuce
  • 250 grams Serrano ham, finely cut in the supermarket
  • 2 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste black pepper, to taste

Preparation

At the time of buying the jamón serrano ask to have it cut in the moment delgadito and that you put the strips one on the other in a plastic.
Mix in a deep bowl the lettuce with the lemon juice, the olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
