Asparagus Rolls with Teriyaki Beef

A very tasty and impressive recipe to serve as an appetizer or snack at a party, dinner, or meal. The beef is cooked with a teriyaki sauce and wrapped around the asparagus.

300 grams beef, thin, a good cut is recommended
6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons sake
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
1 tablespoon ketchup
3 dozens asparagus, fresh

In a steamer, bring salted water to a boil and steam the asparagus until they achieve a bright green color (approx. 10 minutes).
In a deep bowl, mix the soy sauce, sake, ginger, ketchup, and sugar to make the Teriyaki sauce.
Cut the beef into long rectangular pieces and mix with half of the teriyaki sauce. You should get approximately 24 pieces.
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and cook the beef for 2-3 minutes (it cooks quickly as it is thin).
Remove from heat and add the remaining teriyaki sauce.
Take each asparagus and wrap a teriyaki beef roll around it.
