Asparagus Wrapped in Serrano Ham

Easy and delicious appetizer of asparagus wrapped in Serrano ham.

  • 10 slices serrano ham, cut in half

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the asparagus in the oven until tender, about 15 minutes, and let cool.
  • Wrap each piece of asparagus with half a slice of prosciutto (leaving the tips of the asparagus exposed). Do the same with the remaining asparagus and serve on a plate at room temperature.
