Trim the tough ends of the asparagus and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook the asparagus in the oven until tender, about 15 minutes, and let cool.
Wrap each piece of asparagus with half a slice of prosciutto (leaving the tips of the asparagus exposed). Do the same with the remaining asparagus and serve on a plate at room temperature.
