Avocado Mousse

Delicious and fresh avocado mousse snack, despite being very simple to prepare, everyone will love it. Serve this snack with some tasty crackers.

  • 2 avocados, large
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups onion, chopped
  • 1/2 limes
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cups water, boiling
  • salt, to taste

  • Place the avocados, mayonnaise, onion, lime juice, salt, and gelatin melted in boiling water into the blender and process.
  • Grease a medium gelatin mold with cooking oil, so it can be easily unmolded.
  • Pour the avocado mixture into the mold, cover, and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours before serving.
  • Unmold onto a plate and serve with tortilla chips.
