Delicious and fresh avocado mousse snack, although it is very simple to prepare everyone will love it. Accompany this snack with some delicious crackers.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 avocados, big
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lemons
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 cups Water, boiling
  • to taste salt, to taste

Preparation

Put in the blender and process the avocados, the mayonnaise, the onion, the lemon juice, the salt and the gelatin melted in boiling water.
Spread a medium mold for jelly with cooking oil, so that it can easily be demold.
Empty the avocado mixture in the mold, cover and put in the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours before serving.
Unmold on a plate and serve with tortilla chips.

PRESENTATION

Unmold in a nice dish and put around totopos or cookies to eat with the mousse.

TIPS

It is optional to put coriander, chili or garlic if you want a stronger flavor.
