Baked Buffalo Wings
Deborah Dana
These wings taste just as good or even better than fried wings. They are an excellent dish for watching football games or for a night of cards or dominoes. The secret is to coat them with the sauce once they are cooked and crispy.

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Wash each wing under running water and rub with lemon. Place the wings on a paper towel and dry well.
In a plate, mix the flour with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease it with vegetable spray.
Dredge each wing in the flour mixture, coating it completely, and place it on the aluminum foil. Repeat with all the wings.
Bake the wings for 30-40 minutes or until they are slightly crispy. Remove from the oven, flip the wings, and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
In a deep plate, pour the spicy buffalo sauce. Dip each wing in the sauce and place it on the serving plate.
