These wings taste the same or richer than fried wings. They are an excellent dish to watch football games or a night of cards or domino. The secret is to bathe them with the sauce once they are cooked and crispy.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 12 pieces of chicken wing (Cut in half)
  • 2 cups of buffalo sauce for wings
  • 1 Cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 piece of green lemon Cut in half
  • cooking spray vegetable

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Wash each wing in running water and carve with the lemon. Place the wings in a paper towel and dry well.
In a dish mix the flour with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and grease with vegetable spray.
Pass each wing through the flour mixture, mashing it all and place in the aluminum foil. Repeat with all the wings.
Bake the wings for 30-40 minutes or until lightly crunchy. Remove from the oven, turn the wings and bake for 20 more minutes.
In a deep dish pour the spicy buffalo sauce. Dip each sauce in the sauce and place on the plate where it will be served.

    PRESENTATION

Accompany the wings of blue cheese or feta cheese and celery.

    TIPS

At the moment of buying the wings, ask them to cut them in half so that you can only use the leg of the wing on the plate. If you can not find salsa for buffalo wings, you can make it by mixing vinegar, tabasco and lemon.
