1 kilo tortillas, small and thin
2 potatoes, medium, cooked and peeled
50 grams mole paste, in paste
2 cups chicken broth
1 chicken breast , cooked and shredded
1 cup refried beans
2 tablespoons oil , for frying

Mash the potatoes until smooth, season with salt, and heat in a pan over low heat.
Mix the mole with the broth and stir until it dissolves, add the chicken, and cook until it thickens; adjust seasoning.
Heat a griddle lightly brushed with oil and warm the tortillas without allowing them to toast.
Fill 1/3 of the tortillas with beans, another third with potatoes, and another third with green mole; fold them in half like quesadillas.
Place the tacos in a basket lined inside with plastic and covered with a clean cloth to steam and keep warm.
