Nachos are always a hit, prepare these nachos served with grilled chicken, marinated with BBQ sauce, with a touch of bourbon, broiled with manchego cheese, and sprinkled with green onion tops. This way of preparing nachos is incredible.
Add the ingredients for the BBQ sauce to a bowl, mix well, add the chicken breasts and coat with the sauce, marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Reserve some for assembly.
Heat a grill over high heat and cook the chicken breasts, when cooked, place them on a board and cut into strips. Set aside.
Fill your dish with a layer of Tostitos® Nachos, add the previously cooked chicken, add more BBQ sauce, cover with manchego cheese, and repeat the desired number of layers.
Broil in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and garnish with finely chopped green onion. Serve with cream, jalapeño peppers, and enjoy.
