BBQ Chicken Nachos

Nachos are always a hit, prepare these nachos served with grilled chicken, marinated with BBQ sauce, with a touch of bourbon, broiled with manchego cheese, and sprinkled with green onion tops. This way of preparing nachos is incredible.

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 4 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 1 package Tostitos® nachos
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cups chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 cups pickled Jalapeño chiles, sliced

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Add the ingredients for the BBQ sauce to a bowl, mix well, add the chicken breasts and coat with the sauce, marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Reserve some for assembly.
  • Heat a grill over high heat and cook the chicken breasts, when cooked, place them on a board and cut into strips. Set aside.
  • Fill your dish with a layer of Tostitos® Nachos, add the previously cooked chicken, add more BBQ sauce, cover with manchego cheese, and repeat the desired number of layers.
  • Broil in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and garnish with finely chopped green onion. Serve with cream, jalapeño peppers, and enjoy.
