500 grams beef tenderloin, sliced
2 cups baby arugula
100 grams Parmesan cheese, grated at the moment
1 lime, its juice
1 dash olive oil, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 dash balsamic vinegar

Serve the slices of beef on a plate.
Season the carpaccio with salt and pepper, add olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Add the arugula and grate the Parmesan cheese on top.
Add a few drops of lemon and serve immediately.
