4 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® precooked floured tortillas
500 ground beef
1 white onion, chopped
1/2 green bell peppers, in strips
1/2 red bell peppers, in strips
1 cup button mushrooms, sliced
250 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredded
1/2 cans evaporated milk
2 leaves bay
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt, and pepper
Preparation

Heat the vegetable oil and sauté the onion, peppers, and ground beef.
Add evaporated milk, mushrooms, and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add Oaxaca cheese, cover the stew, and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley (optional) and serve hot.
Serve with Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked Tortillinas®.
