Preparation
Heat the vegetable oil and sauté the onion, peppers and ground beef.
Add evaporated milk, mushrooms and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the Oaxaca cheese, cover the stew and cook approximately 5 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley (optional) and serve hot.
