A perfect choice for dinner with friends. If they arrived unexpectedly nothing happens, you can prepare something in minutes.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked tortillinas®
  • 500 ground beef
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell peppers, in canes
  • 1/2 red peppers, in canes
  • 1 cup mushroom, filleted
  • 250 grams Oaxaca cheese, shredding
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetal oil
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Heat the vegetable oil and sauté the onion, peppers and ground beef.
Add evaporated milk, mushrooms and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the Oaxaca cheese, cover the stew and cook approximately 5 minutes.
Sprinkle parsley (optional) and serve hot.
Accompany with the Tía Rosa® Precooked Tortillinas®.

PRESENTATION

Serve the beef in a deep dish.

TIPS

Accompany with lemons and green sauce.
