Breaded Cheese Fingers with Spicy Dressing

  • Pam® Olive, extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 350 grams Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 cups egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cups flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 kilos Jalapeño chile
  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt
  • 2 limes

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Cut the Manchego cheese into strips approximately 1.5 centimeters thick.
  • Pass the strips through the flour, then through the beaten egg, and finally through the breadcrumbs.
  • Spray each finger with a shot of PAM® Olive, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes at 220°C.
  • Meanwhile, blend the yogurt with the jalapeño pepper, lime, and season with salt and pepper.
