Buffalo wings are a classic recipe in American cuisine. They are a perfect dish to accompany any sporting event or to offer as a snack at a gathering with friends. Give them a try!
Cut each wing into 2 parts. Do not remove the skin.
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne, and paprika.
Coat the wings in the flour and place them in a Pyrex dish. Use non-stick aluminum foil on the tray or, if not available, rub the tray with a little butter.
(I prefer to use butter)
5. Place the tray in the oven for 20 minutes.
Take out the tray (without turning off the oven). Pour the sauce over the wings, making sure they are coated on both sides. Flip the wings. Put the tray back in the oven for 12 more minutes.
Turn off the oven, take out the tray, and add a little more sauce (but not too much). Make sure the sauce is well distributed over the meat.
Let cool for 5 minutes. They are ready to serve :-)
