Heat the oven to 220ºC (425ºF)
Cut each wing in 2 parts. Without removing the skin.
In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic, cayenne, and paprika (or paprika).
Bat the wings in the flour and place in a Pyrex tray. Put non-stick aluminum on the tray or, failing that, rub the tray with a little butter. (I prefer to put butter) 5. Put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes
Remove the tray (without turning off the oven). Put the sauce on the wings, making sure they are covered on both sides. Turn the wings. Put the tray in the oven 12 more minutes.
Turn off the oven, remove the tray, and add a little more sauce (although not too much). Make sure the sauce is well distributed throughout the meat.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes. They are ready to serve :-)
