Apple and Tuna Salad

A friend gave me this recipe many years ago, I like it because it is easy and quick but above all tasty and nutritious. It is super versatile as it can be presented in various ways.

  • Finely chop the apples and onion, stir, and add the lemon juice.
  • Add the tuna, mayonnaise mixed with chili, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  • Fill the vol-au-vents with the mixture or you can also serve it on lettuce leaves in the form of tacos. Another great option is to accompany it with savory crackers.
