Blinis with Caviar

1 tablespoon yeast
1/4 cups water
1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups flour
1 pinch salt
1/4 cups cow's milk, To make the buttermilk
2 egg whites
fresh cream
1 can salmon caviar

In a deep bowl, mix the yeast and hot water and let it sit for 5 minutes for the yeast to activate.
Add the milk and melted butter.
Add the flour, salt, and mix until you have a smooth batter.
Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for approximately 2 hours.
When the dough has risen, add the buttermilk and the beaten egg whites.
Heat a skillet and coat it with PAM (or any cooking spray) to prepare it for making the pancakes.
Add a tablespoon of the batter to the skillet and cook until golden on one side, then flip and let the other side also brown.
Remove from the pan and let the blinis cool.
To serve, take a blini, put a tablespoon of cream and a teaspoon of caviar on top.
